We offer a few options for venue packages depending on the day of the event. See below for pricing on our wedding packages for 2024.

Venue Pricing for Wedding Ceremony with Reception 2024/2025 Season

We offer 4 tiers of pricing for Wedding and Reception packages. Each package includes the set up for rehearsal (if needed), set up for wedding and set up for reception for up to 175 individuals.

Oak Tree – Friday and Saturday Venue Rental $5,500

  • Friday Hours: 12pm to 9pm
  • Saturday Hours: 8am to 11pm

Sapling – Saturday Only Venue Rental $4,500

  • Saturday Hours: 8am to 11pm

Shoot – Sunday or Friday Only Venue Rental $3,750

  • Any Sunday or Friday
  • Hours: 8am to 11pm

Seed – Monday to Thursday Venue Rental $3,000

  • Any 1 day Monday to Thursday
  • Hours: 8am to 11pm

*Addition of any weekday rental for rehearsal time can be added at an additional cost depending on the day.

Each of the above tiers will require a $1,500 deposit in order to hold the desired date with the final payment being due at the final walkthrough approximately 1-2 months prior to the wedding. The deposit will be paid at the time of booking and will go towards the total cost of the venue rental. This deposit will only be refunded if the date is rebooked. It is the responsibility of the renter to rebook.

Moving or rebooking date will require an additional deposit of $1,500 to hold desired date and will be based on current prices and not prices of original contract. Initial deposit will not be refunded unless original date is rebooked.

  • Outdoor Venue overlooking the pond.
  • Indoor Reception Hall and Stage.
  • Cocktail and Bar Room (Alcohol Packages separate).
  • Attached Outdoor Deck with Lighting and Rockers.
  • Separate Outdoor Lighted Area with Fire Pit.
  • Bridal Suite on Site.
  • Men’s Lounge on Site.
  • Tables and Chairs (up to 175 people).
    • Table Types:
      • 60-inch Round.
      • 6-foot Rectangle.
      • 8-foot Rectangle.
      • 1 Cedar Cake Table.
      • Small Square and Round Tables.
    • Chairs:
      • Inside Set Up: White Chairs.
      • Outside Set Up: Black Chairs.
      • Bride and Groom Cowhide Chairs.
  • Venue Set Up:
    • Tables, Chairs, Arches, etc.
  • Arch and Ceremony Doors.
  • Access to Kitchen (Prep only).
  • Ice machine.
  • Access to serving equipment:
    • Warmers, Hot Buffet Bar, Cold Buffet Bar, Stand Up Cooler, Utensils, etc.
  • Cornhole Boards
  • Variety of Décor and Kitchen Containers (containers for ice, drinks, liquids, etc).
  • One Additional Venue Visit Prior to Final Walkthrough.
  • Complimentary bridal portraits on a weekday prior to wedding.
  • Final Walkthrough of Venue ~2 Months Prior to Wedding.

Security Deposit Information

In addition to the venue rental fee, there will be a required $500 security deposit that will cover as a type of insurance during the renter’s usage of the venue. This security deposit will be refunded if no damages occurred or any violation of our venue rules and regulations occurred during the time of the event. This can be written as a check and will simply be held and not cashed until after the event occurs or be held on a credit card. If no damages occur, the check or hold on the credit card will be returned to the renter within 7 days after the event occurs. The security deposit is due at the time of final payment during the final venue walkthrough.

Restrictions:

  • Absolutely no outside alcohol allowed in the building.
  • Smoking in designated areas outside only.
  • Music to end by 10:30 PM; clean up to be completed by 11:00 PM.
  • Only real flower petals are to be used for tossing on aisle at outside venue.
  • No completely open flame candles. Flame must be contained with a glass container around the flame. Candle types are up to owner discretion.
  • Usage of any kitchen supply or décor item is allowed but renter will be required to clean and return any item utilized by the end of the night. Failure to do so will result in loss of security deposit.

  • White Floor Length Tablecloth Rentals
    • $10 per tablecloth
  • Change Over Services (Inside Ceremony, Inside Reception)
    • $300 Flat Fee
  • On-Site Alcohol Packages
    • Bartender Fee (1-100 people)
      • $250 Bartender Fee
    • Bartenders Fee (100-175 people)
      • $400 Bartender Fee
    • Beer, Wine and Liquor Options.
    • Ask for Additional information on Alcohol Packages, if interested:
      • Pre-paid Package.
        • Signature Drinks, etc.
      • Open Bar.
      • Cash Bar.
    • Under no circumstances will outside alcohol be allowed in the venue. Failure to follow this will result in loss of security deposit.
  • Officiant Service $150 Flat Fee
    • Officiant service includes a registered officiant and at least one meeting prior to the wedding ceremony.
  • Usage of Sound System $250 Flat Fee
    • When not utilizing a DJ, a charge will be added to use the full sound system at the inside and outside venue.
  • Usage of Uplighting $200 Flat Fee
    • Add color or white uplighting to the reception venue to give your wedding reception that extra flare (Colors available: Red, Blue, Purple, White, Yellow, Green).
  • Photo Booth $500 Flat Fee
    • A recent addition to our venue, we now offer the usage of our photo booth for a flat fee. This will include a digital copy of all of your guests photos taken throughout the night via email.
  • Clean Up Service $750 Flat Fee
    • For an additional fee, we offer a clean-up service. This will allow you and your family and guests to enjoy the night without having to clean up. This will include clean-up of trash and food, packing up of décor for pick up.
